Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for your own personal use.

- Transfer your course access to another person

2. Intellectual Property
All videos, lessons, written materials, downloadable resources, images, logos, and other course content are the exclusive property of Tai Chi with Chantal and are protected by copyright laws.

3. Health Acknowledgement
Tai Chi is a physical activity.
By participating, you confirm that:
- You are participating voluntarily.
- You are responsible for determining whether the exercises are appropriate for you.
- If you have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, balance concerns, or any health issue that could affect your ability to exercise safely, you will consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before participating.
- You will exercise within your own physical limits.
If at any time you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort, you will stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided in this course is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing in this course constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.
Always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program or making decisions regarding your health.
5. Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that participation in Tai Chi and other physical activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Muscle soreness
- Strains or sprains
- Falls
- Loss of balance
- Injury
- Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions
By choosing to participate, you knowingly and voluntarily accept all risks associated with your participation, whether known or unknown.
6. Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Tai Chi with Chantal, Chantal Barrette, and their employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in any online or in-person class, lesson, program, or course.
This includes, without limitation:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Property damage
- Financial loss
- Accidents occurring during participation
except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
You acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk.
7. Individual Results
Every person is different.
We make no guarantee regarding improvements in health, flexibility, mobility, balance, fitness, or any other outcome.
Your results depend on many factors, including your individual health, consistency, and effort.
8. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where a refund is approved in accordance with our Refund Policy, the customer will receive a refund of the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes paid.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
